What stays out
No cameras, facial recognition, audio recordings, raw MAC addresses, SSIDs, packet payloads, raw device identifiers, raw IP addresses, or patron profiles enter the platform design.
What “aggregate” means
Any future sensing concept would be evaluated around aggregate observations and retention limits before public use. This phase makes no live collection claim.
